Curriculum design and development for recurrent education and use of simulation to cultivate critical thinking skills. Development of a training program for preceptors. Responsible for maintenance of Survival Flight’s clinical standards. Secured grant funding for Survival Flight’s Mobile Training Unit (MTU) and family of 7 human patient simulators. Developed a flight nurse internship program for experienced critical care nurses wishing to bridge into the transport environment (the first of its kind in the country).
