Lecture from the 2015 Fall Conference in Frankenmuth, MI. The sole objective of this discussion was to initiate dialogue on Changes in the sepsis literature and the recent changes to the Surviving Sepsis Campaign's subsequent revisions to the sepsis bundles as a result. This discussion included the "Big 3" studies (ARISE, ProMISe and ProCESS), an updated algorithmic approach developed by Dr. Paul Marik and new (and not so new) ways to assess our patient's fluid needs.
